South Phyongan Province of the DPRK direct efforts to strengthening the construction forces in cities and counties.
The cities of Sunchon and Anju have pushed ahead with the work to raise the technical knowledge and skills of workers in keeping with the progress made in securing necessary vehicles and construction equipment.
The cities of Phyongsong and Kaechon and the county of Sukchon have manufactured various efficient construction tools by introducing the proposals raised by builders.
Other regions of the province are securing construction equipment and tools.
