Soldier-builders involved in the reclamation of the Haebang Tideland in Ongjin County, South Hwanghae Province of the DPRK, finished the first damming project.
The completion of embankment project between Ryongnae-ri and Haebang-ri in Ongjin County opened up a prospect for finishing the tideland reclamation by the appointed date.
Thanks to the devoted efforts of the soldier-builders, the project is progressing apace.
