October ２５ is the day of marking the ７５th anniversary of the entry of the Chinese People’s Volunteers into the Korean front.
Our people pay noble respect to the fallen soldiers and veterans of the CPV who bravely fought shoulder to shoulder in the same trench with our army under the banner of resisting America and aiding Korea, safeguarding the home and defending the motherland and always remember their pure self-sacrificing spirit associated with the history of the great Fatherland Liberation War.
The DPRK-China friendship is an invincible one which was forged by comradeship and kindred ties in the bloody struggle against outside aggressors.
In the days of the anti-Japanese war, revolutionaries and peoples of the two countries formed a precious cornerstone and excellent tradition of friendship while waging an armed struggle against the Japanese imperialists, their common enemy.
The Korean communists helped toward the victory of the Chinese Civil War, thereby making an active contribution to the birth of a new China.
The entry of the CPV into the Korean front was a clear manifestation of the revolutionary unity of the two peoples which was formed and consolidated at the cost of blood during the anti-Japanese war and struggle for state founding.
The Chinese Party and government supported our people’s sacred war of justice both materially and mentally when our country was undergoing the severest hardship.
The officers and men of the CPV devoted their blood and lives in the death-defying battles to bravely fight against the tyrannical imperialist allied forces dreaming about world domination.
The Friendship Tower, the Cemetery of the Fallen Soldiers of the Chinese People’s Volunteers and other cemeteries convey the undying achievements and heroic feats the fine sons and daughters of the Chinese people performed by displaying noble internationalist obligation and matchless self-sacrificing spirit.
President Kim Il Sung, together with Chairman Mao Zedong and Premier Zhou Enlai, wisely led the struggle to frustrate the imperialists’ aggression and anti-socialist moves.
Chairman Kim Jong Il made immortal achievements for consolidating and developing the relations between the two countries, carrying forward the tradition of the DPRK-China friendship with the veteran leaders of China.
The peoples of the two countries supported and helped one another in every period and state of socialist construction to advance along the road of their development.
Today, the DPRK-China friendly relations have reached a new phase of development amid the deep interest of the supreme leaders of the two parties and two countries.
Kim Jong Un, general secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea and president of the State Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea visited the People’s Republic of China from Sept. ２ to ４ to participate in celebrations of the ８０th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People’s War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War at the invitation of Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and president of the People’s Republic of China. It served as a historic occasion which further cemented the political trust between the two parties and two countries and showcased the invariability and invincibility of the DPRK-China friendly relations.
Expressed at the high-level talks recently held in Pyongyang and Beijing was the will to make positive efforts to consolidate and develop the friendly cooperative relations of the two countries in keeping with the spirit of the DPRK-China summit meeting and talk.
It is the consistent stand of our Party and government to strengthen and develop the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation with China as suited to the requirements of the times and the common aspiration of the two peoples however international situation may change.
Our people, together with the Chinese people, will dynamically promote the development of the DPRK-China relations, holding high the banner of socialism.
The two peoples will intensify support and solidarity and always be together to oppose aggression and hegemony of imperialists and defend international fairness and justice.
The two parties and the peoples of the two countries are nearing an epoch-making period of entering a new stage of development.
Our people are putting spurs to a bold general offensive to greet the Ninth Congress of the Workers’ Party of Korea as a congress of victors and glory, firmly rallied behind the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.
Definite is our victory as we have the wise leadership of the respected General Secretary, the single-hearted unity, our irresistible force and the inexhaustible creative strength of our most tenacious and heroic people.
The Chinese people concentrate on the work to successfully carry out the １４th Five-Year Plan and build a modern socialist state in an all-round way.
Our people sincerely hope the Chinese people actively promote the modernization of Chinese style under the leadership of the Communist Party of China with General Secretary Xi Jinping as its core, thereby realizing the dream of national prosperity without fail.
It clearly shows the steadfast will of the parties and peoples of the two countries to further develop the DPRK-China relations that the two countries celebrate the ７５th anniversary of the entry of the CPV into the Korean front together in a meaningful way.
The brilliant feats, ennobling spirit and pure self-sacrificing spirit of the Chinese People’s Volunteers will be ever-lasting along with the DPRK-China friendship.
