Modern houses have been built at the Sepho Farm of Ragwon County, South Hamgyong Province, commanding a bird's-eye view of Ragwonpho which turned into a beautiful and ideal fishing village of Korean style. Present at the ceremony for moving into new houses held on the spot were officials concerned and officials and builders in the county and agricultural workers who would move into the houses. An address was made at the ceremony and licences for the use of new houses were handed over to be followed by speeches. When moving into new houses began, the village was in a festive mood and the people's joyful laughter resounded at every house. The Pyongyang Times, launched on May 6, 1965, is the DPRK's only English newspaper. It gives latest, detailed information about what is going on in the country in politics, the economy, culture and other sectors. And the paper also provides a vast knowledge of the nooks and crannies of Pyongyang.
