New houses were built at the Tangsang Farm in Kwaksan County, North Phyongan Province, adding joy to the significant October holiday. Modern houses with trees of good species planted around them and designed in a diversified and unique way to provide convenience for the farmers' living tell about the great benevolence of the Workers' Party of Korea which brings all the wishes of the people into reality. Present at the ceremony of moving into new houses were officials, builders and agricultural workers in North Phyongan Province and Kwaksan County. A congratulatory speech was made at the ceremony and licences for the use of houses were handed over to be followed by oath-taking speeches. Songs resounded in the cozy villages and moving into new houses began amid the cheerful dance party of agricultural workers who were to move into new houses. The Pyongyang Times, launched on May 6, 1965, is the DPRK's only English newspaper.
