New houses built in Hamhung

New houses have been built again at the Sudo Farm under the South Hamgyong Provincial Rural Economy Committee and the Ryongsin Farm in Hamhung City. A congratulatory speech was made at a ceremony for moving into the houses attended by officials of the Party and power organs, builders and agricultural workers in South Hamgyong Province and Hamhung City. Then licences for using the houses were conveyed to owners of the houses amid the enthusiastic applause of participants. As moving into the new houses started, there was a cheerful dance party and officials shared joy with the working people who moved into the new houses. The Pyongyang Times, launched on May 6, 1965, is the DPRK's only English newspaper. It gives latest, detailed information about what is going on in the country in politics, the economy, culture and other sectors. And the paper also provides a vast knowledge of the nooks and crannies of Pyongyang.
