Production goes up at Sunchon Cement Complex

The Sunchon Cement Complex is carrying out its plans at 105 percent on a daily average to attain the high goal for increased production. The complex made well-regulated phased plans for overhauling equipment and carried them out, thus raising the productivity. In particular, it took timely measures for supplying raw materials and fuel to provide a guarantee for revitalizing production. The calcination workshop improved the performance of hammer crushers to enhance the efficiency of crushing clinkers. The cement workshop made the main speed reducer by itself to improve the operating rate of clinker crushers and the raw materials workshop made a new clamping device for dumper. The automation workshop remodelled the power supply device of the belt measuring chute necessary for the normal operation of conveyor belts and the ore conveying workshop is carrying out its transport plan while ensuring close contact between processes. The Sunchon Limestone Mine, the Jiktong Gypsum Mine, the Clay Slate Mine and others are applying efficient mining methods and operating machines and equipment at full capacity to increase production.
