New houses have been built in the Sinyon Industrial Crop Farm of the Jagang Provincial Rural Economy Committee and the Township Farm of Wiwon County. The low-storeyed, single-storeyed and terraced dwelling houses built to ensure modernity and aesthetic beauty while preserving distinctive features of the countryside are the cradle of happiness created by the noble idea of the people-first principle of the respectedComrade Kim Jong Un who is working heart and soul to provide the agricultural workers with more affluent and civilized living conditions. A ceremony for moving into new houses took place on the spot. Present there were officials of the organs of the Workers’ Party of Korea and government in Jagang Province, builders and agricultural workers who would move into new houses. A congratulatory speech was made, the licences for the use of houses were handed over and speeches were made. When moving into new houses began, a cheerful dance was held and officials visited the owners of the new houses to congratulate them.
