The congratulatory group of Koreans in Japan for celebrating the 80th founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea led by Pu Yong Uk, chairperson of the Osaka Prefectural Headquarters of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon), visited Mangyongdae, the sacred place of the revolution. Being briefed at his old home in Mangyongdae on the immortal revolutionary career and exploits of President Kim Il Sung who had devoted his whole life to the prosperity of the country and the happiness of the people and put his heart and soul into the development of Chongryon, the members of the congratulatory group looked round the historical relics preserved with much care. They had a photo taken in memory of their visit to Mangyongdae. They toured the Korean Revolution Museum, the Party Founding Museum and other places. The Pyongyang Times, launched on May 6, 1965, is the DPRK's only English newspaper. It gives latest, detailed information about what is going on in the country in politics, the economy, culture and other sectors. And the paper also provides a vast knowledge of the nooks and crannies of Pyongyang.
