Choe Son Hui, foreign minister of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, left Pyongyang on October 26 by the plane for her personal use to visit the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus at the invitation of the foreign ministries of the two countries. She was seen off at Pyongyang International Airport by Kim Jong Gyu, vice-minister of Foreign Affairs of the DPRK, and Aleksandr Matsegora, Russian ambassador to the DPRK. The Pyongyang Times, launched on May 6, 1965, is the DPRK's only English newspaper. It gives latest, detailed information about what is going on in the country in politics, the economy, culture and other sectors. And the paper also provides a vast knowledge of the nooks and crannies of Pyongyang.
