The Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea decided to convene the Thirteenth Plenary Meeting of the Eighth Central Committee of the WPK in mid-December to review the execution of the policies of the Party and state in 2025 and discuss and decide on a series of important issues including the preparations for the Ninth Congress of the WPK. A relevant resolution of the Political Bureau of the WPK Central Committee was released on November 1. The Pyongyang Times, launched on May 6, 1965, is the DPRK's only English newspaper. It gives latest, detailed information about what is going on in the country in politics, the economy, culture and other sectors. And the paper also provides a vast knowledge of the nooks and crannies of Pyongyang.
