The DPRK Missile Administration conducted a static firing test of high-thrust solid-fuelled motor using the composite carbon fibre material on September 8. Kim Jong Un, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and president of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, oversaw the relevant test. Referring to the strategic plan of the Party and the government on the expansion and development of the state nuclear forces, Kim Jong Un set forth a series of important tasks and orientations. The Pyongyang Times, launched on May 6, 1965, is the DPRK's only English newspaper. It gives latest, detailed information about what is going on in the country in politics, the economy, culture and other sectors. And the paper also provides a vast knowledge of the nooks and crannies of Pyongyang.
