The Russian permanent representative to the UN censured the West for its confrontational rackets at the UN Security Council meeting on September 12. He said that weapon delivery, speculative sanctions and NATO’s hysterical propaganda would not bring earlier peace but only make the Ukrainian authorities have the illusion that they would overcome the reality. The reality, however, cannot be altered and whenever a new month of combat actions begins, the collapse of the Ukrainian authorities is hastened, he stressed.
