Quality Products Produced with Local Raw Materials
In hearty response to the policy of the Workers’ Party of Korea on effectively developing and utilizing the economic resources and potentials to the best suited to the regional characteristics, officials and employees of the Songchon County Foodstuff Factory are producing various quality products with Songchon chestnut.
Songchon chestnut is used as a health foodstuff of high nutritive value as it contains minerals including glucide, protein, fibroid material, organic acid, calcium and magnesium as well as Vitamin B and A.
The technical forces of the factory, first of all, set up the goal for developing the famous products and goods peculiar to their locality by using chestnut and dynamically launched the work for it.
As a result, they succeeded in developing and producing six kinds of processed chestnut products in a short period.
Not content with this, they won the food safety management system authentication by strictly observing the sci-tech requirements according to their quality indices.
And those products were registered as February ２ goods for their taste and high nutritive value.
Scientific Production System Established
The washing soap presented by the Kujang County Daily Necessities Factory to the light industrial goods exhibition "Development of Light Industry-２０２５" held in Pyongyang on October ９-２４ won great popularity among the visitors and experts.
The key is that officials and employees of the factory established the scientific production system and, on the basis of it, thoroughly operated the whole processes ranging from oil refining to soap forming as required by the technical rules and standard regulations.
They, first of all, pay special attention to ensuring that there is no slight gap from the oil refining process, the first process of the production of laundry soap.
To this end, the factory selected oil refiners among high-skilled and responsible employees and regarded it as an iron rule to find out ideal freezing points for various oils.
Workers of the soap workteam are working with utmost sincerity for producing laundry soaps, bearing deep in mind that the quality of products means the height of improvement of loyalty and devotion to the Party, the state and the people. They are regularizing their daily technical studies and learning advanced technologies through the sci-tech learning spaces, being aware that they can bring about greater stride in the quality improvement of products when they possess high technical skills.
As a result, the factory registered its products as February ２ goods.
Officials and employees of the factory set it as the primary task to improve the quality of products and strive to carry it out at any cost.
Making Clothes with Utmost Sincerity
Men’s padded clothes produced by the Kosan County Garment Factory were highly appreciated at the light industrial goods exhibition "Development of Light Industry-2025" which was held amid the great interest of the whole country.
Not only the peculiar shapes and nice colors but also the wonderful sewing done by machine were admired by all the visitors.
The products favoured by the people are truly famous products.
At the exhibition, the February 2 Goods Certification was awarded to the men’s padded clothes of the Kosan County Garment Factory.
The factory intensifies education so that all its employees directs utmost sincerity to every single product just as they would make clothes for their own parents, siblings and children.
The manager and other officials conduct fresh political work in different forms and methods for implanting the noble intention of the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un who built modern regional-industry factories in the hearts of the employees before a day’s work.
Meanwhile, they see that the employees go among the residents to learn about the styles and colors of clothes they prefer and, on that basis, propose nice designs and samples through a mass-based joint-review meeting.
Consequently, the employees get more and more zealous to turn out famous products and goods.
In the course of this, unique garments of various styles for different genders and seasons which suit the tastes of the residents have recently been developed and produced.
