Proud excellent virtue and traits of our young people who are volunteering to work at major sectors called by the Party are being highly demonstrated in the general advance for greeting the ９th Congress of the Workers’ Party of Korea as a congress of victors and glorious congress.
True to the Party’s intention of fully supplying coals to the thermal power plants and various sectors of national economy, the young people of South Phyongan Province vied with each other to volunteer to the coal mines in the province with the will to demonstrate their youthful wisdom and bravery.
Those of Pukchang County petitioned the youth league organizations to bring their beautiful ideal and ambition into bloom at the youth shock brigades of the Pukchang Area Youth Coal Mining Complex and Tukjang Area Coal Mining Complex.
Those of Mundok County decided to work at the coal mines in Anju area.
Present at the meeting for congratulating volunteers held on November ３０ were officials concerned, youth league officials and youth and students in Phyongsong City.
At the meeting, volunteer certificates were awarded to the volunteers and congratulatory speech and other speeches were made.
