The working-level delegation for agricultural cooperation led by Kim Kwang Uk, president of the Academy of Agricultural Science, returned home on December 5 after visiting Russia. It was greeted at Pyongyang International Airport by officials of the Academy of Agricultural Science and staff members of the Russian embassy in Pyongyang. The Pyongyang Times, launched on May 6, 1965, is the DPRK's only English newspaper. It gives latest, detailed information about what is going on in the country in politics, the economy, culture and other sectors. And the paper also provides a vast knowledge of the nooks and crannies of Pyongyang.
