An agreement on cooperation in the field of public information between the DPRK Information Committee and the Ministry of Digital Development, Post and Telecommunications and Public Information of the Russian Federation was signed in Moscow on November 11.
Present at the signing ceremony from the DPRK side were the DPRK ambassador to Russia and his embassy staff members and from the Russian side were the vice-minister of Digital Development, Post and Telecommunications and Public Information of the Russian Federation, and the councillor of the International Cooperation Department.
The DPRK ambassador and the Russian vice-minister signed the agreement.
