Thongsavanh Phomvihane, foreign minister of the Lao People's Democratic Republic, visited the Kumsusan Palace of the Sun to pay high tribute to President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il on November 13.
He made an entry in the visitor's book.
